| YES, I DO DRAW. At times. |

The day I was mistaken for a plant This is the day I was mistaken for a plantThe day I was mistaken for a plant by ~Sunjinjo
By a small white butterfly,
Innocent and unknowing
Of what I´d done and was about to do.
She´d been lost,
Fluttering around the room
To the light, to the windows
Until she could fly no more.
The room was full of cages
Filled with butterflies
Filled with caterpillars
Filled with plants bearing eggs,
But even though the right plants were there in the open too
This escaped wisp landed on me
And laid a single egg
On the tip of my finger.
This is their purpose, you know,
Laying eggs that grow into new larvae
So they may be used in experiments
That will ultimately tear them apa
